OBrien Real Estate Rowville is searching for an outgoing and energetic individual to join our growing business. With the backing of an exceptional brand, great systems and a thorough training you will learn and excel in all areas of Residential Property Management.
Applicants MUST have obtained Agents Representative Certificate and be eligible to work in the Real Estate Industry in Victoria

Less experienced Assistant Property Managers will receive support and mentoring from team members and management, ongoing training, systems and processes designed to help you.
More experienced Property Managers can expect to come into this role with a portfolio that is organised and tidy with low rental arrears and outstanding maintenance issues.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling all enquiries from prospective tenants
Conducting Open for Inspection and private appointments
Completion of tenancy application forms and condition reports
Excellent communication skills
Completion of lease documentation
Managing repairs and maintenance
Handling Arrears
Completing Routine Inspections thoroughly
Liaising with Landlords and Tenant
Completing final inspections
Attending VCAT
Experienced Property Manager
Must have at least 5 years experience preferred for the experienced
Agents Representative Certificate Essential
Your own car and valid driver’s licence
Exceptional customer service
Professional presentation and attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of AgentBox and Property Me software, IRE
