Full Time – Body Corporate / Owners Corporation Manager

The Role:
As an Owners Corporation Manager you will oversee the management of Body corporate facilities and ensure service levels are maintained.  Administration support and accounts support are available.

• Processing Owners Corporation Certificates
• Obtaining Strata Insurance quotes
• Management and follow-up of contractors and their quotes
• Customer communications
• Issuing work orders
• Prepare Owners Corporation Meetings, Agenda’s, Minutes

You are:

• An OC Manager looking for a dynamic company to expand on their career and leadership skills as well as have flexible work options and OTE incentives.
• Experienced in Owners corporation rules and legislation
• A Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
