Full-time or part-time role – Content Marketer Warragul/Drouin
What will you do?
Real estate agents are in the business of listing properties for sale and for rent, in this role you’ll be pivotal in ensuring that all of our marketing positions us as the leading local agency and ensure we have constant visibility in the community. Our systems for promoting our properties for sale and moving our stock from ‘for sale’ to ‘sold’ are sound and well-catered for in this role your focus will be on all the work that happens to generate stock (win listings). This will include strategising, planning and running campaigns (print + digital), posting and engaging on social media, and creating content for social media/website and publications which would include writing, photography and video.

What Role Will You Play In Helping Us?
Campaign Development
In this role, you’ll play an integral role in the development of a campaign calendar and all the associated materials. This will set the narrative for all marketing including the verbal narrative from agent to vendor. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to be creative, strategic, and experimental as well as design, implement, research and analyse outcomes. These campaigns could be run across a range of platforms such as print, digital, events etc.
Social Media Strategy
Working with our existing branding and marketing pillars you’ll deliver the development of and continual refinement of our social media strategy. As an expert in social media, you’ll be responsible for creating profiles for staff and working with them to ensure they have a consistent and relevant posting schedule. You’ll monitor their posting, provide marketing materials and support individuals where needed. Currently, we’re using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business.
Content Creation
When it comes to content you’ll be the hub for our business. Seeking stories, photography, video and interesting data from our team, the local community and trusted real-estate resources you’ll develop content that positions our brand well in the community. In the content development aspect of your role, you’ll be responsible for copywriting, photography, design and videography. We have some equipment available to you however in this role, it is desirable if you have your own cameras.
Branding
Our brand is vital to us, and the management and consistency of our brand is essential. In this role, you’ll work with existing branded materials. From time to time, you’ll get the opportunity to take our existing brand and create new marketing materials to suit particular campaigns or needs. In designing and updating files you’ll be expected to work within the Adobe suite and work with our printers to provide print-ready artwork as needed.
Sponsorship management and opportunities.
Our local community is a big focus here at OBrien Real Estate Clark. We run a number of community initiatives that you’ll be managing. We grant $500 each month to a local group, this changes from year to year. You’ll be responsible for finding potential recipients, reaching out to the organisation, arranging payment, coordinating photography and video and marketing to multiple platforms.
General Administration Duties
Within this role you’ll be involved in a range of administrative duties as required, these include staff, sponsorships and client functions. The role provides support for ongoing land developments so experience with the adobe suite is essential to complete this aspect of the role as you will be adjusting detailed estate plans.
You will create and implement various marketing items to assist our Director Peter Clark in his role as Regional Director for the OBrien network.
The Commercial Exchange is a Co-working facility located at 79 Princes Street, Drouin (Our Drouin office). OBrien Real Estate Clark are the business owners, anchor tenants and managers of the facility. You will be responsible for marketing the space and all marketing strategies to fill the offices.

What important skills/qualifications do you require?
- Qualification in marketing/media would be preferable.
- A creative mindset is essential.
- Experience in graphic design, using the adobe suite is essential.
- Experience in managing social media accounts is essential.
- Experience across a range of marketing functions.
- Your own camera equipment is desirable.

- This role reports to the General Manager
- This role is an ongoing role at OBrien Real Estate Clark and will be based in our Warragul and Drouin offices.
- Training – We’ll expect you to continually upskill and will work with you to develop and approve a training calendar at our expense.
- We’ll work with you to ensure we have the appropriate equipment and software licenses.
