Full Time – Field Service Manager – Mordialloc

You will be working alongside a team of experienced, vibrant, professional, and capable staff, all with solid real estate experience, which will enable you to progress your career in the role of property management where you will be managing a well-maintained portfolio using PropertyMe.
About the Role:
As a Field Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property management and sales teams by conducting routine property inspections, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring properties are presented at their best. This is a hands-on role that requires strong time management, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections on rental properties
- Document and report property conditions, including photos and detailed notes
- Coordinate and oversee minor maintenance tasks and liaise with tradespeople
- Assist with preparing properties for sale or lease, including signage placement and key management
- Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and clients
- Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with company standards and legislative requirements
Skills & Experience:
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
- Agent Representative certificate
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of property maintenance and compliance (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in real estate, property management, or a similar field is advantageous but not required
