Full Time – Guest services & Accommodation Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive our Holiday accommodation team at OBrien. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the fast paced and diverse world of holiday accommodation within the Real Estate sector.

The Role:

– Connect with potential landlords and represent holiday properties with enthusiasm.

– Ensure smooth guest experiences and deliver exceptional service.

– Assist the holiday team with day to day management of guests and holiday landlords

– Assist the holiday team with maintenance management

– Organize and oversee the team during large scale events and seasons (Grand Prix, Xmas holidays etc)

– Assist, support and develop the holiday team and department overall

– Collaborate with and report to management and the operations team to ensure the department operates successfully.

What We’re Looking For:

– Experience in short stay accommodation (private homes, hotels, caravan parks etc.)

– Valid Driver’s License (essential)

– Experience in Microsoft Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

– Excellent time management and customer service skills

– Accurate data entry and strong organizational abilities

– Reliable, flexible, and committed to follow-through

– Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

– A motivated, career-focused attitude with a professional appearance

– Flexibility for full-time hours
