About the Role:

As one of our valued Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, building strong relationships with owners and renters, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. Your key duties will include:
🔹 Managing rental properties & conducting routine inspections
🔹 Handling lease agreements & renewals
🔹 Coordinating maintenance & repairs
🔹 Liaising with owners, renters & tradespeople
🔹 Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy laws

About You:

✔️ Previous experience in Property Management (essential)
✔️ Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
✔️ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ A valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
