The role:At the heart of this position is relationship-building. You’ll be trusted to manage a portfolio with professionalism and care—delivering standout service, staying proactive, and creating long-term client confidence. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining and growing the quality of our rent roll through great communication and consistent follow-up.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and take pride in delivering a premium experience for landlords and tenants alike.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in Property Management
- Agent’s Representative Certificate (current)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence with computers and systems (PropertyMe / Inspection Express preferred, not essential)
- A proactive mindset and ability to take initiative
- Positive, upbeat energy and a team-first attitude
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- High standard of presentation and professionalism
