Part Time (from period 2/6-9/7/25) – Property Manager – Oakleigh

Key Responsibilities of this role will be as below:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Monitoring rent arrears and take relevant actions as required
- Handle general renter and residential rental provider inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Execute all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing to renter screening and onboarding with assistance and support from a leasing consultant
- Conduct comprehensive exit inspections including finalising bond claim process
- Oversee and handle maintenance requests, including maintenance requests from routine inspections, coordinating with approved suppliers and ensuring timely resolution
