The Role:

As a real estate agent within the OBrien Network, you’ll receive continuous sales training and listing support while working alongside a fantastic team of sales agents and property managers. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Client prospecting for potential sellers
  • Conducting property appraisals
  • Listing properties for sale
  • Processing buyer enquiries
  • Conducting pre-settlement inspections and bank valuations
  • Following up on pre and post appraisals
  • Networking for new business opportunities
  • Conducting open for inspections
  • Managing a CRM database

Required Experience:

  • Completion of the Agents Representative Course is a must!
  • Current or previous real estate sales experience is preferred
  • Experience in generating leads and managing multiple sales initiatives
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (AgentBox, RP Data) and proficiency with various computer systems
