Full Time – Real Estate Sales PA – Hastings

The Role:
We have a fast-paced role supporting a Director/Lead Agent, with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high-quality customer service, and a track record of success. We will train you to become one of the best agents in the area – no experience necessary – just bring a hunger to succeed and a willingness to learn.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
· Organising appointments
· Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
· Attending meetings with photographers, consultants, and buyers
· Liaise with vendors and buyers
· Conduct open homes and buyer inspections
· Door knocking
· Letterbox dropping
· Prospecting and database management
· Participate in training and mentoring
To be successful you will:
· Have a current Agents Representative Certificate or License and current driver’s license
· Be immaculately presented and well-groomed
· Possess your own reliable car
· Have excellent communication skills
· Possess a strong work ethic
· Be hungry to start a rewarding career
