A rare opportunity has opened for a Marketing Coordinator to join Obrien Real Estates Number 1 Agent and Team.

We are excited about the continuous growth of our team, we are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is well-established, passionate about real estate, and who will benefit from working with Obrien Real Estate’s Number One Agent.

This role will suit someone with experience looking to leverage and accelerate their current career.

Our next team member is someone who has a genuine passion for property and people, who has attention to detail, is energetic, and has a positive can-do attitude to teamwork.

 TASKS

Daily you will be responsible for:

• Prepare all marketing material
• Co Ordinate trades people to prepare properties for sale; including Staging, maintenance, Etc
• Launch properties online
• Attend all photography shoots
• Open for Inspections
• Working with Vendors to make sure their home looks amazing pre sale
• Updating social media platforms

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Have a positive can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional personal presentation and phone manner
• Have competent computer skills with Microsoft applications
• Hold an Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Hold a current driver’s license
