Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant at OBrien Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the delivery of our external and internal marketing communications.  Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Operations Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the following:

  • Design creative for marketing requests in alignment with project briefs and deadlines.
  • Develop the monthly social media creative calendar used on OBrien’s corporate social media channels.
  • Create ad-hoc social media posts upon request to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the production of weekly internal Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) communications to staff and Directors.
  • Film and produce video content

 

Qualifications:

  • TAFE qualification in graphic design (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in social media management (1 – 2 years part-time while studying)
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
