Part-Time – Operations Administrator – Langwarrin

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team located in Langwarrin. The role will require Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm plus one weekday 9:00 – 5:30pm (suitable day to be discussed between successful applicant and management). You will be working for a well-known & respected agency as part of a supportive team.

Duties Include:

  • Answering phones & distributing messages in a professional & efficient manner.
  •  Assisting with property management & sales queries.
  • Greeting clients in a friendly manner as first point of contact.
  • Mail management.
  • Diary management.
  • Organise marketing, photography, and floor plans.
  • Manage social media marketing.
  • Other basic office duties.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Flexibility for extra hours where required.

To be suitable you must possess:

  •  Agent’s Representative Certificate.
  • Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  •  Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • High level of initiative.
  • Possess a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immaculate presentation and well spoken.
  • Previous reception experience in Real Estate beneficial but not required.
