With leasing consultants, administrators and a team of accountants for support, this role focuses on property management. You will be managing a portfolio of Properties using PropertyMe,.
The Role:
- Renter and rental provider liaison
- Preparing detailed asset plans, budgets and financial reports
- Arrears
- VCAT representation
- Business development
- Monday – Friday with the occasional Saturday
- Lease renewal and rent reviews
- Maintenance requests
- New lease agreements
- Routine inspections
Skills/Qualifications:
- Passionate about a long-term career in the property management sector
- Immaculately presented and confident character
- Experience Assisting/Managing a residential portfolio
- Have the proven ability managing a residential portfolio-
- Up to date Agent Rep & Valid driver’s license
